As soon as you complete the payment we will send you an e-mail with a copy of your order. Once the transaction is confirmed, we will send you a second email with a link; when you click on it, you will be able to print the voucher. The voucher comes with a code that will grant you access to the museum.

We recommend that you write carefully your email address and that you make sure that your inbox is not over quota and is not set up with antispam or antivirus filters which may prevent our communications to be delivered to you. Our Ticket Office is not responsible in case your system prevents our email from reaching you. The reservation is confirmed within one working day.

In case your requested time of visit is not available and your reservation cannot be confirmed, the system will automatically select the next available time on the same day. It may exceptionally happen that, in case all daily times are full, an alternative date is requested. In case no alternative date is selected, the system will automatically select the next available date. The reservation needs to be carried out at least one working day before the requested date of visit.

You need to submit your voucher and a valid I.D. at the museum ticket office. We can send your reservation via fax at your hotel if you wish. All you need to do is send us your hotel’s fax number. Skip the cue and collect your ticket at the ticket office, submitting your voucher 15 minutes before your time of visit.

The final price includes: the entrance ticket, the compulsory reservation fee and the transaction fee. The transaction fee is max. € 2.00 €

Any additional price for ongoing exhibitions in the museum is charged on the final price.

The Ticket Office is not responsible for any variations or cancellations of the museum access policies. The property of tickets and reservations is transferred to the customer. The customer acquires the exclusive property of the tickets and reservations. Purchased tickets cannot be reimbursed.

Under article 1173 of the Italian Civil Code, once the online payment is made, the purchase cannot be canceled and, therefore, no reimbursement can be granted.
